Any cancellations will result in a 25% charge on total amount within 3 days of purchase. After 3 days, no cancellations are allowed as all orders are custom.

We are not responsible for slight delays on orders due to cuttings, shipping or production.

There will be an additional charge for any furniture that needs to be taken apart or brought up more than one flight of stairs
